CLIENT: DENTON-CARDEW DESIGN / LEVIS
ROLE: EXPERIENTIAL VIDEO CONTENT PRODUCTION + DIRECTION
I partnered with principal designer Scott Denton-Cardew to create content for this 2-channel video installation celebrating the 140 year anniversary of the Levis 501.
Scott built a structure that supported a series of 'vignettes' representing significant iterations of the Levis 501. At the structure's midpoint, Two HD monitors were hung at 90º angles, directly across from each other. Guests could walk between the text 'conversation' taking place.
The evening was also a pre-Grammy concert featuring M83 and Frank Ocean, and this installation was set up at the entrance to the venue so guests got to encounter the Levi’s story before they made their way to the stage at the other end of the hall.
THIS IS A WRAP-UP VIDEO OF THE EVENT DONE BY HIGHSNOBIETY.
